a.) Customers who reserve tour guides and/or coaches for city tours will receive written confirmation from the Frankfurt Tourist+Congress Board (TCF) as soon as a completed booking form has been received from the customer. Any ensuing amendments to the contract must also be put down in writing.
b.) Please note: Customer orders become legally binding once the customer has received order confirmation in writing. Options cannot be warranted.
c.) When booking guided city walks, please note that the maximum group size is 25 persons per tour guide, except during guided tours of Emperor’s Hall (Kaisersaal) and St Paul’s Church, when groups may comprise up to 50 persons. Moreover, tours of the Frankfurt Christmas Market and "Frankfurt for Old Friends" may comprise a maximum of 20 persons, while the “Frankfurt at a Glance” tour consists of a total of 5 persons. Groups of 25-plus persons, or 50-plus persons when visiting Emperor’s Hall or St Paul’s Church, must place a written order for an additional tour guide. These groups are subsequently split up between the tour guides. Groups that do not book an additional tour guide will have to pay a second tour guide fee. If only one tour guide is available for a group comprising more than 25 persons, or 50 persons when visiting Emperor’s Hall or St Paul’s Church, it may be that he or she is not able to fulfil the performance in its entirety.
d.) School groups must be accompanied by at least one chaperone. Tour guides are neither legitimised nor required to assume supervisory duties during guided tours.

If no advance payment arrangements have been made, visiting groups must pay the standard rate at the point of entry. Tour guides may not accept cash payment of admission fees during the tour.
e.) Should it be necessary for the Frankfurt Tourist+Congress Board (TCF) to make advance payments to cover additional costs such as admission fees, entertainment or travel expenses, the TFC herewith reserves the right to charge its customer a service fee of 10% of the total advance outlay or a minimum fee of EUR 10.00. This agreement must be stipulated by the customer and agreed upon by both parties in writing at the time of order placement.
f.) Tour guides may only accept cash payments upon special prior arrangement with the TCF. Such special agreements must be arranged with the TCF in advance, otherwise regular invoicing for services performed will occur automatically.

a.) Changes and variations to individual performances from the agreed content of the contract, which become necessary after contract conclusion and which are not effected by the TCF against trust and good faith, are only then permitted when the changes or variations are not considerable and when they do not affect the overall form of the performance booked. Any potential guarantee claims are unaffected insofar as the changed performances are subject to deficiencies. We are obliged to inform you immediately of any changes or variations in performances. If applicable, we shall offer you a re-booking or cancellation at no cost.
b.) The late arrival of a group does not provide it with a claim for an extension of the tour or a reduction in price. If a tour is extended, the final price for said tour shall include the waiting period and the actual time of the tour. As a rule, tour guides are obliged to wait for their tour groups for at least 45 minutes from the pre-arranged time.
