How about taking a stroll along the River Main while learning about Frankfurt’s establishment, its industrial culture and everything in between? Historical Frankfurt
including the visit of the Goethe-Haus
This city walk through the old town centre (Römerberg) focuses on Frankfurt history, incl. its role as an electoral site for German-Roman kings and host city for the coronation ceremonies of Holy Roman emperors (cathedral). Frankfurt's tradition as a free trade city and its role in the first German National Assembly held here in 1848 are also highlighted (St. Paul's Chruch).

A Special Tour for the Blind, the Vision-Impaired and the Sighted
This specially conceived tour tells the story of Frankfurt both visually and vibrantly. Become better acquainted with the Römerberg (Frankfurt’s old town centre), taste various Frankfurt specialities and get a feel –literally and figuratively – for everything that Frankfurt stands for.
Criminal History and Frankfurt
This tour looks at the legal history of Frankfurt am Main. Forgotten stories and famous cases from the Middle Ages to the 1950s are examined during this highly interesting tour. Get a closer look at the locations involved in the city's most memorable crime stories.
NEW 2012: The Station District: Frankfurt's Melting Pot
including the visit of the Main Tower Observation Platform
The formerly mundane station district was originally established at the end of the 19th century, serving as an important international traffic and transport hub. The name of its most significant street, “Kaiserstraße” (Emperor’s Street), connecting the station district with downtown Frankfurt, reminds one of the quarter’s former grandeur. Here, beneath Frankfurt’s imposing skyline, one finds a sort of urban microcosmos. Frankfurt’s station district, spanning only half a square kilometre, is home to people from 180 countries.
Come and take a closer look at one of Frankfurt’s most unusual and entertaining quarters. You’ll definitely be surprised!

Frankfurt’s architecture is as diversified as its demographic make-up. This city tour hightlights Frankfurt's urban development from the Middle Age to the present, the combination of old and modern Frankfurt, high-rise construction and future architectural projects.

Frankfurt apple wine is known far and wide as the locals’ beverage of choice. Our special theme tour, which covers happenings on both sides of the River Main, vividly tells the story of Frankfurt apple wine and its traditions in Old-Sachsenhausen, while also taking a closer look at the production process.
Following Goethe's Footsteps

Goethe was a Frankfurt native: “On the 28th of August, 1749, at the stroke of midday, I was born into the world in Frankfurt am Main.” In his autobiography, entitled “From My Life. Poetry and Truth”, Goethe shares stories from his colourful life, focusing in particular on the time between 1749 and 1775. This excellent guided tour also takes a closer look at the Frankfurt of Goethe’s time.
