Bicycles on public transportation

The Rhine-Main Transport Association generally permits passengers to take bicycles on public transport free of charge. Please note however that passengers are prohibited from taking along bicycles during specific rush-hour times and at times of capacity overload.

Special bike-friendly bus lines, featuring spacious bicycle trailers, are in service on weekends during summer.
