Current situation in Frankfurt due to efforts to contain the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2

Dear Frankfurt visitors,

Due to the current situation many events in the city are cancelled or postponed.

Stays in public spaces are permitted up to ten person. A minimum distance of 1.5 metres must be maintained when meeting other persons.Public behaviour that is likely to jeopardise the distance requirement of sentence 2, such as joint celebrations, barbecues or picnics, is prohibited regardless of the number of persons. Since 27 April 2020, masks have been mandatory when using local public transport vehicles or entering the public areas of shops, banks and post offices

Trade Fairs and Conventions in Frankfurt

Meetings and events with up to 250 persons are allowed under certain hygiene regulations and do not require a permit
