The Senckenberg Museum - one of the largest Natural History Museums in Germany - exhibits the evolution of life and its recent biodiversity.

Beside the innumerable, unique exhibits of mammals, insects and fishes especially the abandoned dinosaurs inspire young and old visitors. Changing special exhibitions make every visit at the Senckenbeg Museum unique. Immerse yourself into primitive times!

The museum is accessible at the main entrance via a special ramp (Width: 83 cm). Access to the “Marine Dinosaurs” and “Meteorites and Minerals” exhibitions via staircase (11 16-cm steps). Access to the additional basement floor (Room 11) via staircase (17 16-cm steps).
Mobile seats, wheelchairs and crutches available.
Guided tours in sign language and in plain language upon request.
Please inform staff of guide dogs in advance.
Handicapped parking spaces left of the museum (entrance at the Senckenberg Bistro).
