The mobility service centre of Deutsche Bahn offers handicapped travellers comprehensive information and active assistance in planning and realising their journey.
The staff of the service centre is happy to organise help for wheelchair users and vision-impaired travellers requiring assistance with boarding or deboarding, for example.
To ensure that your journey is hassle-free, please make your arrangements with the mobility service centre at least 24 hours in advance.

DB Travel Centre
The DB Travel Centre is located in the centre of the reception hall. It features a lowered operator station and audio induction loops for the hearing-impaired.
The station's platforms feature tactile paving and mobile wheelchair lifts (max. combined weight of 320 kg).
A public toilet for handicapped persons is located between Tracks 9 and 10 (Euro-locking system).
In the main hall, elevators and escalators are available for accessing the lower levels.
