Our philosophy is simple – make dishes that are healthy, fresh and appetising! With us, German-French cuisine is interpreted in a unique, modern way. Our aim is to offer dishes of the highest possible quality. Moreover, we strive to use regional and seasonal products whenever possible, which is why our daily offers change all the time. The owner and head chef, Chris Bastian Draisbach, has enjoyed spending time in the kitchen – creating new dishes and refining old ones – since he was a little boy.
