Here, your event’s participants book and pay for their rooms themselves.
With call-off allotments, you as the event organiser reserve a specific number of guest-rooms at the respective hotel for the participants of your event (hotel reservation contract). These participants then individually book their guest-rooms from the call-off allotment through the Frankfurt Tourist+Congress Board (TCF). The required guest-room allotment is guaranteed by the respective hotel up until a specific date previously agreed upon in the hotel reservation contract. After this date, any remaining rooms from the allotment go back on general sale. The option or conditions of cancelling individual rooms already booked by event participants are determined by the terms and conditions of the respective hotel.
