With group bookings/fixed allotments, you as the organiser make a binding booking in your own name with the respective hotel for a specific number of guest-rooms to accommodate the participants, guests and/or speakers of your event (accommodation contract). You must accept and pay for the guest-rooms that you have booked in accordance with the respective accommodation contract, while also accepting any and all terms and conditions of the respective hotel. The option or conditions of cancelling the fixed contingent and/or individual guest-rooms are also determined by the accommodation contract or the terms and conditions of the respective hotel.
