The closing date for applications for the following Frankfurt folk festivals and Frankfurt Christmas Market 2024 was 20th November 2023.

Frankfurter Weihnachtsmarkt 2024
Application documents for Frankfurter Volksfeste and Frankfurter Weihnachtsmarkt 2025 will be available from 1st October 2024 and can then be downloaded or requested from us.

Exception:
The application deadline according to the "Information sheet for the allocation of stands at Frankfurt folk festivals" does not apply to applications for the SALE (handicrafts, arts and crafts, market trade) and promotion categories. Applications for all other categories (fairground rides, fairground rides, scooters, children's rides, amusements, confectionery, games/shooting, raffles, catering) are no longer possible.

The application form can be downloaded or requested from us. There is no application deadline and no application fee is charged.

Other festivals
that take place in Frankfurt am Main are organised by various event organisers. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any information on these events/application procedures as we do not have them.
Music groups, artists etc.
Music and stage programmes at our events are usually not created by us. Please understand that we only respond to engagement requests and band applications if necessary.
